High 9 is a large-scale residential development envisioned as a lifestyle-oriented community set
within an expansive, landscape-driven master plan. Spread across 15 acres, the project
comprises 9 residential towers rising up to 30 floors, offering a mix of 2 & 3 BHK apartments
and 4 BHK sky villas.

The master planning prioritises openness and community engagement, with over 80% of the
site dedicated to open and landscaped spaces. A traffic-free podium forms the heart of the
development, creating safe, walkable environments supported by a nearly one-acre central
courtyard designed for social interaction and recreation.

Two dedicated amenities blocks, including a sports complex, anchor the lifestyle programme.
Facilities are thoughtfully distributed across the site and include swimming pools, outdoor fitness
zones, yoga decks, skating rink, jogging and cycling tracks, participatory gardens, amphitheatre,
pet park, party lawn, and golf putting greens. Work-from-home spaces and lounge areas are
